Improved Customer Create Account
A client was struggling with customer accounts. On the one hand they felt they were asking too many questions when people signed up, so wanted to simplify the customer sign up form. At the same time, staff were concerned an easy sign up could lead to a flood of duplicates. In addition to building a new streamlined sign up form, we built in logic to not only check a user’s primary email, but also check any other related emails on their account. Then we enhanced the login to support users signing in with either a primary or secondary email, making it easier for customers to login and reducing the likelihood of a duplicate being created.
NetForum Data Management Solutions
For customers using multiple tools to collect or display information, keeping that information in sync with NetFORUM is a challenge. We’ve simplified that for customers with integrations and bulk upload processes, including:
- Two way individual and organization sync between NetFORUM and Dynamics CRM
- Session data from Attendee Interactive to NetFORUM
- Event information passed from NetFORUM to WordPress
- Award data from OpenWater to NetFORUM
- Course registration from NetFORUM to Elevate LMS, and then attendance data from Elevate back to NetFORUM
- Bulk event registration from Excel into NetFORUM
